WILLIAMSTOWN ​SOCCER CLUB

Welcome to ‘Williamstown Soccer Club’ (WSC).

Williamstown SC is a club run by unpaid volunteers with core community and family values. We are a club of old friends and new and we pride ourselves on welcoming new members to the fold. The club is lucky to have a blend of a proud, rich ethnic heritage and a young team of local community members as the driving force behind the club.

The ‘junior’ branch of the club is focused on providing an environment which fosters positive growth in our players and a place where children can grow their game skills, healthy fitness habits, make friends and of course; have fun. Our coaches work through the ‘FFA’s National Curriculum’ throughout the season and we place high value on having our young players develop and progress through the club - right up to senior level.

The ‘senior' branch of the club operates in ‘State League 2 North/West’ (Men's) and our 2 Senior Womens teams operate in ‘State League 3 and 5 North/West’ (Women's). As is the family attitude of the club, all of our senior and reserves sides have a core group of local players which we are constantly looking to add to with new players. The senior Men's sides play on a Saturday afternoon and Women's on Sunday afternoon, so come down to watch them play.

In 2016 the club took part in the inaugural season of ‘vision impaired’ soccer. We competed in the B-League and were crowned champions in the genesis season of the competition.

Williamstown is an extremely social club, we have ‘pasta nights’ after training on Thursday’s and run a host of nights throughout the season including ‘comedy nights’, 'gala nights' and ‘family fun days’, so always check in on our social feeds for the next event.
